Hi Preetham If you are unable to proceed with the date you have booked because of personal reasons, you have an option to reschedule your trek. If your trek date is more than 30 days away and you wish to reschedule to a later date, the rescheduling is free of cost. However, if the trek date falls within 30 days from now, you can reschedule to a later date by paying 20% transfer charges. You can go through the details of rescheduling the trek date from here: The Indiahikes Standard Cancellation Policy In your dashboard, you will see only the cancel option. To reschedule your current trek, you need to send an email to your Experience Coordinator with the available date you wish to transfer. They will help you with the necessary transfer of trek date. Please note that the transfer is possible from one date to another of the same trek.
