I have planned for my first trekking journey and my weight is 100kg and is that I am not able to do a trek if I booked for trekking and the month of April or May It may possible for me. I have confidence I can trek and able to follow your fitness activity.

Hi Gokul, while you work on reducing your weight, it is not just the weight that matters. Body Mass Index (BMI) is calculated using both the weight and the height. You can use tools available online to calculate your BMI if you just google "BMI calculator" .  A BMI above 18 and below 25 is the most ideal and suitable for any trek, whereas Indiahikes has an upper limit of 28. You can work towards getting into this BMI range within 28 and with the time you have in hand, it is very much possible to undertake any easy or even moderate level trek. Keep up the spirits!
