Great to know that you are interested to join as a trek leader at Indiahikes.

The BMI should be between 18.5 to 24. Secondly, cardio is the best way to measure your fitness level because endurance is an important aspect for trekking in Himalayas and to measure this you should be able to complete 5 kms in 33 minutes or 10 kms in 70 minutes.  Your past trek experience is also important as that indicates your fitness level.
