Maheshkumar Mane
I would like to understand how to manage water in the trek, especially on winter treks.
Vivek Singh
Carry 2 L of water with you. On winter treks, try having at least 1 thermos bottle. The other bottle can be carried inside the backpack. If it's a lot colder, then wrap the water bottle with your clothing to retain the heat and avoid freezing the water. Sanjana
I go out a lot in winter and here is my advice. Thermos can add weight to your already heavy pack. If it is too cold, keep your bottle upside down. Make sure to get a leak proof bottle. Water freezes from top. So that way, you can flip the bottle and drink from bottom. Also remember to wrap it in a leg warmer is possible or any warm material.
