Hi Manish, 

Here is something that can help you plan. 🙂

Running/jogging will be the most ideal way to prepare.
However, incase you are not someone who is comfortable running, this should help you. 

You can also practice brisk walking at least 8-10 km twice a week in addition with stairclimbing and strengthening exercises.

I have the trek on Jan 29 and I see that you need fitness screenshot upload with a month's summary as well. I have two questions here:

1. What screenshots do you accept - is a treadmill run screenshot good? Because it's difficult for me to run outside, I live in a cold country and coming back to India.

2. Is there anything else we can upload other than running? I'm able to do all the other workout exercises that are suggested but running is something I don't enjoy a lot.
