I have registered for Goechala trek (Apr'2023 departure). Looking for recommendations for clean, affordable stay options close to 2 Mile Check Post, Bhakti Nagar Police Station, the pick up point for the road trip to Yuksom.  Thankful for suggestions.

If you are looking for a hostel, Bunkbread Hostel in Siliguri is a good option. It is close to Darjeeling More.

I had stayed in Hotel Malisca which was like like 100 meters from the Bhakti nagar station but it was a little costly . There is another hotel called saluja this is like ~ 5-6 km away from the pickup point but it is in the city

i stayed in Malisca when at the start of my journey and stayed at saluja at the end of my journey.

We did the trek in October .. Our team mates stayed near  "Saluja Residency Hill Cart Rd, Siliguri" It was decent enough.  There are also couple of hostels in that area.

Although the pickup point (2 Mile Check Post, Siliguri) is a busy intersection and accessible from all directions, the spot is in close proximity to commercial centres. So, no dearth of good hotels. I have stayed in Milestone Hotel & Banquet which is virtually 25 steps away from the pickup point. Udaan Hotel on Sevoke Road is almost 400 metres away from the pickup point and you could expect quite a comfortable stay. I mean if you simply hover over the pickup point on google maps, you would find plenty of hotels nearby, pick one which fits your budget and the services it offer.
