Hardeep Kaur
Hi, My query is for fitness approval test, I have a cycling record of almost 8km for 30 minutes and 21.2 km for 57 minutes. Now, I wanted to know the eligibility criteria for those who do cycling. Would these proofs be enough or should i do it again?
Hazel
Hi Hardeep, If you are not a runner & prefer cycling then you should be able to cycle at least 20-22 km in an hour, 4-5 times a week. Even though cycling is a great way to to build on endurance, running is better in comparison & we always recommend you to run. Here is a link to know why running is recommended than cycling: Hope this helps :)
