Rishabh Kumar
Kedar Kantha literally means the throat of lord Shiva. The trail was all covered with heavy snow we started from sankari and reached first base camp juda ka talab around 12. The trail was all covered with heavy snow with changing landscapes with the pine forest. The area is rich and filled with biodiversity you will witness all three kind of flora broadleaved forest, subalpine conifer, shrubs and bushes. If you are lucky enough you might see a flying squirrel as well. You will also witness the breathtaking view of the river Tons and Thamsa. Still the sunrise and sunset is the best of them all. Below sharing some pictures to show my experience on the track while doing it in February instead of December .
