Anish Nimbalkar
What is a good period to do the Goechala Trek? The 'upcoming treks' section shows available dates in March 2023 but when I hit on proceed to registration the latest date is 1st April 2023. Can someone please clarify. Attaching snaps. Docsrini1954
Summer trek is enjoyable for the Rhododendron blooms. Hence better to do in April middle!

Hi Anish Did you try clearing your cache once in your browser? Going Incognito also might work. I do not see any dates mentioned for Goechala in the month of March actually. It might be some previous data getting displayed here. March is still an early time for the trek to start. April is the right time and season of Spring when the trek opens up for trekking. Sachin Kumar
Summer time is preferable and can experience snow around Dzongri top. October period is risky from weather perspective, chances are high not reaching goechala pass and not clear view of Mountains. Otherwise doing trekk in October is beautiful experience…. Docsrini1954
October season is very good for mountain views, also for experiencing snow. Can be tricky due to vagaries of weather, cyclones in Bay of Bengal and rain
